The amount of paid vacation time employees receive each year is based on title level and years of service.
Vice Presidents and above accrue three (3) weeks' vacation per calendar year until they reach their fifth (5th) service anniversary. On the first of the month following that service anniversary, employees at VP and above will begin to accrue at the rate of four (4) weeks' vacation per calendar year.
Exempt employees accrue three (3) weeks' vacation per calendar year.
Non-exempt employees accrue two (2) weeks' vacation per calendar year until they reach their fifth (5th) service anniversary. In the first month following that service anniversary, non-exempt employees will begin to accrue at the rate of three (3) weeks' vacation per calendar year.
